简介 Introduction
新西兰妇女联合会是1995年在新西兰注册的非盈利性社会团体，总部设在奥克兰，是侨居新西兰华人中的代表性妇女团体，会员大约800多人。经过多年的发展和壮大，形成了一体两翼三平台的构架（一体是会员为本体，两翼是文艺和体育，三平台是文艺表演和时装时尚和体育），已在新西兰社会各界享有一定的声誉，并得到各界的认可。多年来，联合会一直注重于和新西兰各个社区和多个文化领域的横向连接，展示中华文化的精髓，鼓励和帮助广大华人女性积极参与到各种各样的多元文化活动中去,并服务当地社区。联合会通过多种渠道，帮助新老移民融入本土社会，建立协会成员自强自立、自尊自爱的信心，尤其是向新移民伸出友谊之手，协助其家庭进行落地安置，并及时给予必要的关爱和温暖。在遵守新西兰法律法规的前提下，积极维护妇女儿童的合法权益，并关注其身心健康，反对家暴，曾为被家暴的华人妇女提供全方位的帮助。同时，联合会也积极参与社会公益事业，坚持定期组织协会成员走出去，参加各种慈善活动，为社会献出自己的一份爱心。新西兰妇女联合会的历史，也是一代新移民的发展史。大家在遥远的异国他乡追寻着自己的梦，同时也帮助着周围的亲朋好友寻找自己的梦，融入社会，成为新西兰的一分子。宗旨: 联合会的宗旨是为身在新西兰的广大华人妇女提供多方面的服务，创建展示自我的平台，建立促进东、西方文化相融的通道，搭建连接文化、经济、教育等各个领域的桥梁。使命与任务: 为保证新西兰妇女联合会的持续性发展，联合会以团结新西兰华人妇女为基础，通过多种交流形式，在展示中华名族的优秀文化的同时，积极学习吸收其它多元文化的精髓，和其它多个民族相融合进一步组织协会成员积极参与社会公益事业，特别是和妇女儿童相关的慈善机构建立深度的连接，持续性地向公益组织提供各种义务帮助和一定的资金资助，让慈善组织感受到新西兰妇女联合会一份持久的爱心。
The Chinese Women Association of New Zealand is a non-profit social group registered in New Zealand in 1995. Its headquarters is located in Auckland. It is a representative women's group among Chinese living in New Zealand, with about 800 members. After years of development and growth, formed a structure of one body, two wings, and three platforms (where the body is based on members, the two wings are culture and sports, and the three platforms are Performing Arts, Fashion and Sports. It has enjoyed a certain reputation in all walks of life in New Zealand and has been recognized by all walks of life.
Over the years, the Federation has always focused on horizontal connections with various communities and cultural fields in New Zealand, showing the essence of Chinese culture, encouraging and helping Chinese women to actively participate in various multicultural activities and service local community,
Through various channels, the Federation helps new and old immigrants integrate into the local society and build the confidence of association members to be self-reliant, self-respecting and self-loving, especially extending a hand of friendship to new immigrants, assisting their families in landing and resettling, and providing necessary care and warmth in a timely manner.
On the premise of complying with New Zealand laws and regulations, it actively safeguards the legitimate rights and interests of women and children, pays attention to their physical and mental health, opposes domestic violence, and has provided comprehensive assistance for Chinese women who have been abused by domestic violence. At the same time, the Federation also actively participates in social welfare undertakings, insists on regularly organizing association members to go out, participate in various charity activities, and give their love to the society.
The history of the Chinese Women Association of New Zealand is also the history of the development of a generation of new immigrants. Everyone is pursuing their dreams in a distant foreign country, and at the same time helping their relatives and friends around them to find their dreams, integrate into society, and become a part of New Zealand.
Purpose: The purpose of the CWANZ is to provide services in many ways for the majority of Chinese women in New Zealand, create a platform for self-display, establish a channel to promote the integration of Eastern and Western cultures, and build a bridge connecting various fields such as culture, economy, and education.
Mission and tasks: In order to ensure the sustainable development of the Chinese Women Association of New Zealand, the orgnization is based on uniting Chinese women in New Zealand. Through various forms of communication, while displaying the excellent culture of the Chinese nation, the CWANZ actively learns and absorbs the essence of other multicultural cultures and integrates with other ethnic groups.
Further organize association members to actively participate in social welfare undertakings, especially to establish in-depth connections with charitable organizations related to women and children, and continuously provide various voluntary assistance and certain financial assistance to public welfare organizations, so that charitable organizations can feel the lasting love of the Chinese Women Association of New Zealand

一体两翼三平台
One Core, Two Wings, and Three Platforms
一体:会员本体，注重会员价值，通过各种公益活动和文体活动，发展会员的兴趣爱好，提升会员的自我价值。现今已发展成为“跟着妇联会一起做公益”的会员价值取向，会员通过公益和文体活动的参与，渐渐融入主流社会，落地生根，催生热爱第二故乡的新家国情怀，携手广大华人同胞， 为新西兰多元文化繁荣和发展尽自己的一份力量。让“ We are family， We are together， We are here”的理念深入到每一个会员的心坎里。“用生命影响生命的形式” ，重塑会员三观，影响更多的华人会员同胞投身到建设新西兰第二故乡的滚滚洪流中来。
两翼:主要指文艺和体育，通过文艺表演和体育赛事，传承传播、发展中华传统文化，加强与各族裔的深度融合，学习借鉴各个种族的优秀民族精神，取长补短，携手广大华人社团和各族裔社团，进一步丰富和发展新西兰多元文化。
文艺:包含主题性公益演出平台和时装展示时尚平台。基金会通过自身平台，每年定期举办大型公益性演出，寓教于乐，通过演出向公众传递正能量和前瞻性理念。
体育：基金会通过组织相关体育比赛，搭建体育平台。传播体育精神、构建跨种族的体育运动项目和形式。通过组织各种体育比赛，有效进行多元文化融合，传播传递人文思想和精神。目前以气排球体育平台为代表。
三平台:通过搭建平台
文艺表演平台:以《爱不止息》、《母亲河》、《云和月故乡节》为代表的，以舞台剧和主题晚会为呈现形式的文艺表演平台。
时装时尚平台以DIA LUNAR 时装秀为标志的、以大众参与为主要特征的时尚平台。
体育平台以气排球体育运动推广为代表的、面向多种族裔参与融合的体育运动平台。
One Core:
The core refers to the membership body itself, with a focus on member values. Through a range of public welfare and cultural-sports activities, members are encouraged to develop personal interests and enhance their self-worth. Over time, this has evolved into a shared value of “doing good together with the CWANZ” By participating in these activities, members gradually integrate into mainstream society, establish roots, and cultivate a new patriotic sentiment for their second homeland. Together with fellow Chinese New Zealanders, they contribute to the prosperity and development of New Zealand’s multicultural society. The philosophy of “We are family, We are together, We are here” has become deeply embedded in each member’s heart.
Through the approach of “influencing lives with life itself,” the organization aims to reshape members’ outlook on the world, life, and values, and to inspire more Chinese members to join the powerful tide of building New Zealand as their second home.
Two Wings:The two wings refer primarily to arts and sports, which serve as vehicles for passing down and promoting traditional Chinese culture. Through artistic performances and athletic competitions, the foundation fosters deeper integration with various ethnic communities, while learning from and embracing the strengths of different cultural traditions. Working hand in hand with Chinese and multicultural community groups, these efforts enrich and develop the multicultural fabric of New Zealand.
Arts:This includes themed public-interest performances and fashion showcases. Through its own platforms, the Foundation organizes large-scale annual performances that combine education with entertainment, delivering positive energy and forward-thinking ideas to the public.
Sports:The Foundation builds sports platforms by organizing sporting events, promoting the spirit of sports, and developing cross-ethnic sports formats. These events are effective tools for multicultural integration and for spreading humanistic values. Currently, the most representative initiative is the air volleyball sports platform.
Three Platforms:The Foundation advances its mission through the development of the following three platforms:1. Performing Arts Platform:Represented by stage productions and themed galas such as Love Never Ends, The Mother River, and The Cloud, the Moon, and the Homeland Festival.2. Fashion Platform:Characterized by broad public participation and represented by the DIA LUNAR Fashion Show, which blends traditional aesthetics with modern style.3. Sports Platform:Focused on the promotion of air volleyball, this platform encourages cross-ethnic participation and integration through sports.
