Purpose & Vision & Mission
妇联基金会宗旨: 以互相尊重为前提，遵循诚信求实的基础上，本着创新高效的原则，与多方联合完成社会责任和使命。
妇联基金会愿景: 在打造具有国际水准专业会员管理模式的基础上，搭建多元文化、绿色环保和大健康三位一体的国际性发展平台，建立一个全方位、成熟有效、影响深远的基金会综合体系。
妇联基金会使命：为广大会员打造自尊、自爱、自强平台，面向社会致力于维护妇女儿童合法权益、投身于爱心传递公益事业，倾力于打造新中多元文化融合渠道。
妇联基金会目标：● 夯实会员机制，完善具有妇联会特色的专业会员管理模式、并进行全面实施● 搭建各类合作互动平台，进一步建立多方面与外界联结渠道● 以“融入本土为主、不忘传统为辅”为原则，开展全方位、多层次多元文化融合活动并建立一套完善的育人体系，促进本地的华人华侨成为真正的社会一员● 加强维护妇女儿童合法权益、加强妇女儿童身心健康工作，为建立华裔女性身心健康教的服务体系做好基础工作● 确定公益活动发展定位，进一步提高公益意识、加强公益参与和实施
Purpose of CWA based on mutual respect, based on honesty and reality, based on the principle of innovation and efficiency, the foundation completes its social responsibility and mission jointly with multiple parties.
Vision of CWAOn the basis of building a professional member management mode with international standards, wF will build an international development platform integrating multi-culture, green environmental protection and great health, and establish an all-round, mature, effective and far-reaching comprehensive foundation system.
Mission of CWAto create a platform for self-esteem, self-love, and self-improvement for the majority of members, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of women and children in the society, to devote themselves to the transfer of charity, and to build a channel for the integration of multiple cultures between Singapore and China.
Target - Consolidate the membership mechanism, improve the professional membership management model with the characteristics of the Women's Federation, and implement it in an all-round way.
- Build various cooperation and interaction platforms, and further establish multiple channels for connecting with the outside world.
- Based on the principle of "integrating into the local area and not forgetting tradition as a supplement", carry out all-round, multi-level and multi-cultural integration activities and establish a complete education system to promote local Chinese and overseas Chinese to become real members of society.
- Strengthen the protection of the legal rights of women and children, strengthen the physical and mental health of women and children, and do a good job of establishing a service system for the physical and mental health education of Chinese women.
- Determine the development positioning of public welfare activities, further improve public welfare awareness, strengthen public welfare participation and implementation.
